We’re excited to announce that our new Heart & Hope Project Volunteer Hub is now available!

If you have already volunteered with Heart & Hope, you still need to create an account on our website. Going forward, the Volunteer Hub will be our central place for managing volunteer activities.

Through your account, you’ll be able to:

• View your verified volunteer hours

• Keep track of encouragement card submissions

• Receive assignments and important announcements

• Access your service verification letters

• View your volunteer activity and other resources

Please visit heartandhopeproject.org and select Volunteer Login / Sign Up to create your account.

Already volunteered with us before? Don’t worry—creating an account does not erase your previous service. Once your account is created and approved, our team can make sure any previously verified service hours are properly reflected in your account.

Hi everyone!

We wanted to share a quick update on what’s happening with Heart & Hope Project and what we’re working toward over the next few weeks.

🧸 Sponsor a Bear Campaign

We are officially beginning our Sponsor a Bear campaign! Our goal is to raise funds to provide Build-A-Bear furry friends for our first comfort kits. We have also been in communication with the Build-A-Bear team about organizing an in-store experience where Heart & Hope volunteers can help create the sponsored bears before they are placed into our comfort kits.

You’ll begin seeing Sponsor a Bear content on our social media, and we encourage everyone to share and repost the campaign when you see it. Every share helps us reach more people!

🎒 Comfort Kit Supply Drive

We are also working on organizing our first community supply drive to collect new items for our comfort kits. More information will be shared once the details and location are confirmed.

💌 Encouragement Cards

Our encouragement card program is still active! Volunteers can continue creating cards following our card guidelines. These cards will eventually be included in our comfort kits to provide an additional message of encouragement to the children receiving them.

🙋 In-Person Volunteer Opportunities Are Coming

We are currently planning our first in-person volunteer opportunities, including the possibility of Sponsor a Bear pop-ups, supply-drive activities, the Build-A-Bear experience, and eventually our first comfort-kit packing event.

As these opportunities are confirmed, we’ll post sign-ups and information so volunteers can participate.
