The Cascaid Project is a teen-led humanitarian initiative that is focused on improving access to clean drinking
water in under-resourced communities and countries throughout the world. This project works by organizing
funding, sourcing, and distribution of reliable water filters to areas around the world where access to clean
water is limited. The Cascaid Project will use Hack Club Bank to receive donations from all around the world
and pay our suppliers with the donations that we received. With the partnerships of donors, grants, and
suppliers, The Cascaid Project will be able to help deliver effective solutions that will decrease the risk of
exposure to waterborne diseases and promote healthier communities. The Cascaid Project also seeks to
support education on safe water practices and the proper way to use a water filter. We will also educate
individuals by providing pictographic instructions on how to use the water filters. The Cascaid Project aims to
have a meaningful impact on communities around the world by expanding the access to a reliable source for
safe drinking water.
