Subject: Award-Winning FIRST LEGO League Home school Team Advancing to Next Tournament
Dear Friends,
We are excited to share that our team (TREX) recently won 2nd place at the Alabama state-level FIRST LEGO League tournament and has earned the opportunity to advance to the next level of competition. With this accomplishment comes extra funds that we need to raise. Our first fundraiser last Fall helped our team purchase the robot parts and accessories, registration fees for the Alabama Qualifier and State tournaments, t-shirts for our team, Innovative Project supplies and rental space to hold our team meetings. We have accepted an invitation (representing the state of Alabama) to travel to Atlanta in June to compete against other National teams.

Would you consider supporting our team of 7 kids with a donation? Your gift will help cover:
• Registration fee of $1800
• 2 sets of Team t-shirts
• Pit decorations / display materials, banner
• Food/Lodging (not covered in Grants)
• Trip to Georgia Aquarium
