HackSpark Hackathons is an educational initiative operating under fiscal sponsorship from The Hack Foundation, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through this sponsorship, we conduct our activities using The Hack Foundation’s nonprofit status, governance, and compliance framework.
We focuses on creating accessible technology education for students. We organize free hackathons, coding workshops, innovation challenges, and STEM-focused events that help students develop computer science skills and pursue their interests in technology. We especially aim to support underrepresented and underserved students by providing high-quality educational opportunities at no cost.
All financial and administrative oversight is managed through The Hack Foundation, ensuring that HackSpark Hackathons operates in full alignment with nonprofit regulations and charitable purposes. We do not conduct commercial trading activities; our work is strictly educational and community-oriented.
