$8,027.64 raised of $20,000 goal.

We are a 100% volunteer-run food recovery network in LA that utilizes mutual aid, harm reduction, and food recovery to build solidarity and get people the items they need.
We have multiple teams that work throughout the week to recover food, prepare meals, build hygiene kits, and do direct outreach within the community.

We also host community events where folks can enjoy meals together, get survival supplies, access free books and art supplies, get medical check-ups and much more.

Your donations help unhoused and at-risk community members secure the items they need to survive.

We are currently raising $20,000 for the following initiatives:
(1) $5000 for Street Vendor buyouts. We support street vendors in West LA and South LA by buying out their supplies for our distros. This keep immigrant families home with their families and away from ICE.

(2) $5000 for a Food Program in Compton. We are supporting a community food program that's been happening in Compton for the past 10 years, but recently had to stop due to a lack of funding. This program is critical for food security in Compton, and it must go on!

(3) $5000 for Supplemental Groceries for Neighbors and Meals. We buy groceries for recently housed individuals and those living in the shelter system. Food stamps are sadly not enough. We also buy extra groceries when the food we recover is not enough to make a full meal.

(4) $5000 for Hygiene Supplies. We make 500 hygiene kits for our unhoused neighbors every month. Hygiene items are expensive, but make such a difference in people's lives!
