# Card grant info

Hey there! Your Blueprint project is now approved. Here's a couple things you need to know about your card grant and how you can use it.

**Please read all of the following terms carefully.**

1. **Claim your HCB Card**  When ordering, make sure to enter the correct billing address. If you're using the default address, make sure to enter line 2 correctly. (It'll be different to your shipping address).

2. **Ask for help if needed**  You can ask in #blueprint-support on Slack or email blueprint@hackclub.com if you are having problems using your card. If you need more money on your card, fill out this form [here](https://hack.club/bp-top-up).

3. ‼️ **Upload your receipts** ‼️  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we're legally mandated by the IRS to have receipts for purchases. Please upload your receipts for the transactions as soon as possible. **Receipts need to show what is bought, quantity, price of each item, and the total.** A screenshot of the total is NOT enough.

4. ‼️ **Do not use this card for anything else** ‼️  You must only use this card and the funds for the purposes of your project as indicated in your approved Bill of Materials (BOM). Transactions are monitored. You are responsible to make sure your account is secure and funds are properly used. **You may not buy tools or extra parts unless you have explicit approval from us.**

5. ‼️ **You must return leftover funds** ‼️  After purchasing all components you need, you must return the leftover funds back to us. Do this by clicking the "Cancel grant" button. **You may not spend the leftover funds without our explicit approval.**
