Almost Summer 26 Infoletter

Published by KKiya on May 2, 2026

Hi all!

It’s summer now, how trilling.

It feels like the last couple weeks have been raining off and on like crazy.

We have some new things that we made that we want to share with you all,

Those tools we mentioned working on in our last newsletter? Yeah they are here now.

PasCurtain, uses k-Anonymity in order to check your password and email against known data breaches, and lets you know if you need to update your information.

Teensy little note, we currently are having some issues with our engine, Flutter, specifically the web version on Safari. This does not affect the desktop macOS app although, or other browsers on macOS.

JetVeil, is a network diver tool, that allows you to check if there are problems with your network or browser that could need to be fixed. It runs purely locally.

While they do not have pretty pages (like our other projects at the moment)

We are pretty proud of them;

UpMagic, a simple modular status page, we mainly made for our own internal use, that we would like to share for others who need free or cheaper alternatives to tools like Atlassian StatusPage and the likes.

Plummer, a simple short-link maker and dashboard. We use this ourselves for some links on our website! It has a neat admin dashboard, and some controls, like password protection, and link expiry.

Both of these tools are built around Cloudflare Workers and Worker KV databases.

In the future we might go back and make some pretty pages to show off their features, but we think they are pretty cool.

So what else are we cooking up?

Well, a lot, really!

But also, not a lot.

We are trying to keep our focus core, we want easy to use tools that help people, and don’t breach their privacy.

We are currently working on an update to CookieCut (our text editor) that will introduce basic HTML editing to it.

We are also fixing some bugs with it, and will be working on some cool templates to use with it.

We also have released Socks, a project so cool it gets its own page. It’s a documentation page that feeds into one of our core pillars, that being providing easy and accessibile information on how to stay safe online.

While not all of our ideas are feasible for us right now, we do still like to brainstorm things that could help our users.

We are currently workshoping a “analytical mood logging app” that will allow users to log their emotions out the dare, and share them with important people like therapists.

We also have been looking into some accessibility tools for those who are motor impared.

In the future, we may be hosting up some workshops that will be streamed digitally, and if you are in our Economic area, you might even be able to catch us locally!
